How did steam engines helped in the revolution of cotton textiles in england? Dont give me reason for spinning jenny... I only want answer for steam engines.

Dear Student

1.  A revolution was experienced in the cotton textiles industry in England with the invention of Steam engine in 1786 by Richard Arkwright
2.  Weaving cotton thus became faster and cheaper with this invention in order to compete with production of Indian textiles
3.  With the help of steam engines clothes would be woven in enormous quantities
