How did stone age man turned from food gatherer to food producers?

in palaeolithic age man was a food gatherer. but after many years when the mesolithic age began and now it was warm and there was plenty of food . then man saw how seeds grew into new plants . he then started farming and also reared animals like dog. this was how man changed from a food gatherer to a food producer.

First as he said that Palo letak period was going what so they do not know anything but as the time pass the earth condition that increase grassland so they start gathering the food and after that as there were in the places as the food begin to get over from the places so they start planting and they only called food producer
