The wizard was a tiny little old man with a long white beard and a pointed blue hat. 

The wizard found an old stick called a magic wand and asked Roger Skunk what he wanted to smell like to which the latter said, he wanted to smell of roses. Therefore, the wizard waved his magic wand, uttered a charm and Roger Skunk began to smell of roses.
