How do penguin pairs,share their duties

Penguins are warm blooded animals thus huddle together to keep warm because the arctic climate that they live in is so cold. Huddling together helps them shield from the chilly winds that are so common in the arctic region.
Male penguin keeps the egg warm until it cracks to give a young one. That is how it helps the female penguin.
