How do process of budding different from process of spare formation

Dear student
Budding is a process in which a small part of the parental body grows out as bud and detaches when grown enough to give rise to a new organism whereas spore formation is a process in which a cell (mother cell) in a parent body undergo a multiple divisions to give rise to a number of cells (spores) which are enclosed in a membrane and after dispersal every spore give rise to a new organism.

In budding , a small part of the body of the parent organism grows out as bud which then detaches and becomes a new organism.... While in spore formation the parent plant produces hundreds of microscopic reproductive units called spores. and then after the process they germinate and produce new plants.
