How do u know that the poet loved his mother ?

Dear Students,
The poet refers to her mother's face and describes it as sweet, it is evident that she was very fond of her mother in the way in which she described her mother's face and remembered her. Secondly, the reference to the laboured ease of loss, the fact that her mother has been dead so many years but she still hasn't come to terms with the dead is proof of her love for her mother. She is enwrapped in a silence from the loss of her mother which hasn't lessened with time.
