How does a magnet lose its properties if we heat it, drop it or hammer it ?

Heating a magnet would reduce its magnetism and in severe cases could even completely demagnetize it. Thus is because all the aligned dipoles inside a magnet would become free and randomize as they acquire thermal energies due to heat. The same will happen if we drop it or hammer it but on a smaller scale.
