how does light enable us to see objects???

The term called reflections

​when light falls on the illuminated objects it reflects thatswhy we r able to see
 

it helps to see objects by giving us a transparent path

This is because the non luminous objects reflect the light and so we are able to see them.

That's where cones come in. Cones are one type of photoreceptor, the tiny cells in the retina that respond to light.
