The difference between malaria and chikungunya with reference to their vectors is as follows:
1)The vector for malaria is female Anopheles mosquito. The female Anopheles bites in the night time when the person is sleeping.
2)The vector for chikungunya is Aedes egyptii mosquito. This mosquito generally has a tendency to bite in the evening.
