How does the poet suggest us to keep quiet?

Dear Student,

According to the poet Pablo Neruda, when we would remain quiet and would not speak in any language, the silence and stillness will bind us in uncanny commonness. Nobody would be divided by language, actions or occupations and it would bring us all together.
