How does wave only travel in one direction ????i did not understand ????can you show me or give clear information
Dear Student,
A wave is just like a disturbance or oscillation that travels through space-time, accompanied by a transfer of energy.
The direction in which a wave propagates is perpendicular to the direction it oscillates for transverse waves. So, it is along one axis only. Hence, wave motion is unidirectional for tranverse waves.
