How DST promote science education in India
Dear Student
Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, played a major role in promoting science education. They promoted the science education by facilitating the State Governments in establishing and developing the State Science and technology(S&T) Councils on S&T and by providing support for their technical secretariats. They also promoted science by organising all India thematic meetings and workshops.
