How far has SAARC been successful?
It has not been of much success because it has:
Not addressed the very key issues in South Asia like illiteracy, unemployment, poverty and low productivity
There is still the trust deficit as members had not been able to establish adequate trust or also the satisfactory trade agreements because of the conflicts.
