Chemical coordination is the endocrine or hormonal control and is brought about by release of hormones into the blood where it reaches the target site. Chemical control is for both internal or external environment. It may be short or long lived, where as nervous control or impulses are usually reaction to external environment. It is generally short lived. This is why chemical coordination is considered as better.
