how is converse of corresponding angle axiom is true in the last video

when there are two parallel lines and these lines are intersected by a transversal line than the corresponding angles are equal.( only when the intersected lines are parallel).  then if we say the corresponding angles are equal then the lines intersected by the transversal line are parallel, because corresponding angles are only equal when these lines are parallel.
