How is displacement 0 in the given sum

Dear student,
in a complete revolution, the particle starts from A and end at A.so, initial point= final pointnow displacement = shortest distance between initial and final pointhence, for this case,displacement= final point-initial point=0hence, displacement =0

Dear Student,

Displacement is the shortest distance from the intial position to final position. When the intial position and the final position is same, then the displacement will be 0
