how is ghee obtained from cows milk ????

The process of the formation of ghee is very complex and as of now, you are not supposed to learn the process.

There are many methods through which the ghee can be obtained from the milk. The following two are common-

1. Traditional method- This method is commonly used to make ghee at a smaller level. In this, the milk is heated and converted to curd first, and then through centrifugation, the milk cream is obtained. This cream is again heated to obtain ghee.

2. Commercial method- Through the quality centrifugation equipment, the cream is obtained directly from the milk. This cream is further processed/heated to obtain the ghee from the milk. This method is used for the commercial production of ghee from the milk.
