How is human capital formation helpful in reducing inequality of income

Nearly all skilled people have same incomes therefore it reduces income inequality .
For example the salary of a doctor and an engineer is nearly same but on the other hand there is vast difference between salary of a unskilled labour ( layman ) and that of doctor .
