HOW IS HUMIDITY RELATED TO RAINFALL?

Humidity is related to the tendency of the air to hold moisture. That is when humidity is low, the atmosphere will be able to hold moisture. When humidity is high, the atmosphere and clouds are unable to hold moisture and this causes rainfall. In this way rainfall and humidity are inter- related.
