How is incomplete burning of fossil fuels harmful to us?

Dear Student,
On complete combustion of fossil fuels produces carbon dioxide while incomplete combustion produce poisonous carbon monoxide.
Carbon monoxide is very harmful for humans and environment.
That's why incomplete combustion of fossil fuels is harmful.
