How is invitro fertilisation leading to a teat tube baby a part of biotechnology??

In human, baby born falling under in vitro fertilization (IVF) of oocytes and in vitro culture (IVC) of embryos in the laboratory and their subsequent transfer to donor or surrogate mother is the test tube baby where in the technique is used in infertile couples where fertilization is impaired due to blockage of fallopian tube . If the husband of the lady is suffering with azoospermia, a process called intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is being used to inject spermatids collected from testis, to accomplish IVF. Hence Biotechnolgy is playing a role here in order to create a test tube baby. In human, biotechnology is being used primarily to showcase infertility in couples and to treat diseases with stem cells.
