how is taplow's view different from mr. frank regarding aeschylus the agamemnon ??

Frank was of the opinion that he was not interested in the science that he had to teach and might have preferred something else. Taplow retorts by saying that it was much better than Agamemnon which he considered to be muck. The he qualifies his opinion on Aeschylus' text by saying that it was not the text which he had a problem with but the way it was taught. With greater emphasis laid on the profusion of Greek words strung together which invited a punishment of fifty lines if he got it wrong. However,Taplow found the plot to be quite interesting with the wife murdering her husband and making it into a sensational thriller for young boys.
