How is the nutrition in amoeba different from that in human being

Human beings have a complex digestive system and different nutrients are digested in separate regions. Digestive juices are secreted in mouth, stomach and small intestine.
Amoeba does not have a digestive system and all the nutrients are digested in the food vacuole. Digestive juices are secreted in food vacuole only.
