3 molecule of CO2(3 carbon atom) combines with 3 molecule of RUBP (15 carbon atom) in the presence ofenzyme RUBISCO to form first stable compound of 6 molecules of 3- PGA (18 carbon atom). Reduction of 3-PGA occurs to form 6 molecule of GA3P (18 carbon atom). 1 molecule of GA3P (3 carbon atom) forms half molecule of glucose (3 carbon atom). Regeneration of RUBP occurs by 5 molecules of GA3P (15 carbon atom) forming 3 molecules of RUBP (15 carbon atom)
