How many chromosomes will be found in a cell at anaphase-II having 2n=50?

The DNA content doubles but the number of chromosome remains same in S phase before the Meiosis I begins. So number will remain 50 before meiosis I. After meiosis I the number becomes 25. During Meiosis II the number till metaphase II will remain 25 as you know that during metaphase II, the chromosomes are lined up individually across the center of the cell. Due to the reduction division of meiosis I, there are now half as many chromosomes (and chromatids) as there were before. When anaphase II begins, however, the sister chromatids split apart, which once again doubles the chromosome number so  in anahase 2 the number will be 50
