How many medians can a triangle have?
Hi!
Here is the answer to your question.
A median of a triangle is a line segment joining a vertex to the midpoint of the opposing side. Every triangle has exactly three medians, one from each vertex to the opposite side.
In the ∆ABC, AD, BE and CF are medians drawn from the vertices A, B and C to the opposite sides BC, CA and AB respectively.
Cheers!
