how single organisms are able to survive without any specific organ

Dear student
In case of single celled organism like Amoeba diffusion is the only mechanism which helps organism to perform all its cellular activities like removal of waste material, exchange of gases etc. No well defined organ system is there as whole body of organism is in direct contact with surrounding which helps to them to to get energy for their survival.

All single-celled organisms contain everything they need to survive within their one cell. These cells are able to get energy from complex molecules, to move, and to sense their environment. Organisms made of one cell do not grow as large as organisms made of many cells. But all living things need to get energy.

Dear student,

In the case of a single-celled organism, no specific organs for taking in food, exchange of gases or removal of wastes may be needed because the entire surface of the organism is in contact with the environment.
For example: Amoeba

Hope this helps!
