how sole proprietorship is more flexible than partnership?

A sole proprietorship form of business is more flexible than a partnership because there is only a single decision maker in this form of business. The sole proprietor has complete freedom to take decisions regarding all aspects of the business without having to discuss it with anyone however, in partnership, all decisions cannot be taken by any partner with complete freedom.

Sole proparator ship is where a single person runs a business. He can sell his own property if he wanted.In sole propeatrship the person gets all the profit.Partnership is where two persons join and runs a business .Here the persons get share according to the percent they invested.Hence sole proparatorship is more flexible.
