How sperm prepare in the body ? And what nutrition present in it.

Sperms are the male germ cells, they are produced in the testes, inside the seminiferous tubules by the process of spermatogenesis.
following are the step that occur in spermatogenesis -:
1.male spermatogonia cell first divide into primary spermatocyte through mitosis.
2.The primary spermatocyte divides meiotically (Meiosis I) into two secondary spermatocytes.
3.each secondary spermatocyte divides into two equal haploid spermatids by Meiosis II
4.The spermatids are transformed into spermatozoa(sperm) by the process called Spermiogenesis.These develop into mature spermatozoa, also known as sperm cell.
Semen of the sperm contain nutrients like vitamin C, B12, ascorbic acid, calcium, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, zinc, potassium, sodium, fat and protein.
