how to answer novel type question (the canterville ghost) ?

Dear student,

Normally when attempting long answers, you give a brief introduction to where the part of the story, novel, reference to context etc. was taken from, the name of the author and very brief outline of what the entire story/novel is about.
From there on you become specific, answering what the question has asked you and then go on to leave some critical comments about what you have gathered from the story/novel.
