How to convert 2-chloropropane to 1-chloropropane?

2-Chloro propane on treatment with alcoholic KOH, undergoes dehydrohalogenation to give propene, which on addition with HCl in the presence of H₂O₂,  undergoes Antimarkonikoff addition to give 1-Chloro propane.
