How to convert a more than frequency series into a simple frequency series

To convert more than frequency series into simple frequency series convert the more than series into class intervals by taking first more than value as lower limit of class interval and second more than value as upper limit of class interval for first class interval, than take second value of more than as lower class and third value of more than as upper class of second class interval and so on.
For frequency- subtract second frequency from first, third from second and so on.
