How to do this type of question

Just remember a formula.
1. If zeros are real and equal(most common)
b^2 - 4ac = 0

2. If zeros are real and unequal
b^2 - 4ac > 0

3. If zeros are imaginary (did not exist)
b^2 - 4ac
Just put the values and find the answer (k)
