How to get the answer?

How to get the answer? Q 30 In the following carbocation, H/CH3 that is most likely to migrate to the positively charged car- bon is - HO H CH3 (A) CHs at c-4 (C) CY#tC-2 (D) Hat C-2

Dear Student
Migratory preference of H is greater than methyl group.
Also migration at position 2 results in formation of more stabilised carbocation due to resonance .
If migration of hydrogen at position 4 takes place then resonance wont occur.
hence it will be less stable.
