how to make class intervals continuous?

to make class interval continuous you have to add cosecutive numbers and divide it by 2 and then subtract it from lower limit and add it to upper limit

to make class intervals continuous , you have to subtract 0.5 from the lower limit and add 0.5 to the upper limit 
for eg: 
31-35
36-40
41-45
46-50
51-55
56-60
61-65
66-70
71-75

will be 
30.5-35.5
35.5-40.5
40.5-45.5
45.5-50.5
50.5-60.5
60.5-65.5
65.5-70.5
70.5-75.5
