How to make sentences negative and positive

Dear student,
In order to form a negative sentence you should use no,not,nobody and no one and so on.
For example - You may not be able to go outside today due to constant raining.
In order to form a positive sentence you should use do,does and did and no use of not.
For example - Raining has stopped, you may go outside.
