How to manufacture ethanol from molasses?

Dear student!
The alcohols like ethyl alcohol is prepared by fermentation of carbohydrates(ex: sugar) which is easily found in "molasses" or other sources as grapes, beets etc.
In preparation from molasses, at first, the sugar is extracted from molasses as the process given above and then during the fermentation ,sugar obtained from molasses is hydrolyzed in presence of enzyme invertase which breaks it in glucose and fructose units. Further the glucose/fructose get converted into ethyl alcohol with the help of enzyme zymase which is obtained from yeast.
The process is : 
C12H22O11 (sucrose) + H2O -- invertase--> C6H12O6 (glucose)+ C6H12O6 (fructose)
C6H12O6 (glucose/fructose) ---Zymase--> 2C2H5OH (ethyl alcohol)+ 2CO2
