if u want 5.65 to be 56.5 so u are multiplying it by 10 so in decimal place it will be 56.5*10^85(as u know the property a^m*a^n=a^(m+n). if u r making it 0.565 then make it 0.565*10^83. understood?? is this ans helpful?

sry wrong answer that was. The right ans is -
5.65*10^84 = 56.5*10^83 = 0.565*10^85.if you are increasing main number then decrease the power by that times or vice versa
