How to solve dimensional equations containing trigonometric functions?
What method should we use to find dimension of a quantity which is part of a trigonometric function?
for example,
Position of a body is represented by r = A sin Bx + C sin Dt where x is in metres and t is in seconds. What is the dimension of B/D?
If possible can you show a few more examples of solving such questions?

Dear student
the argument of trignometrical function  that is θ is dimensionless.Also sinθ, cosθ are all dimensionless.so dimension of Bx=M0L0T0B=M0L0T0L=M0L-1T0so dimension of Dt=M0L0T0D=M0L0T0T=M0L0T-1BD=M0L-1T0M0L0T-1=M0L-1T1Regards
