How to treat auditors remuneration?

​​​​​​Dear Student,

Auditors' remuneration is an expense to the firm at the time of reconsitution and it will be debited to the revaluation a/c.
The journal entry for this will be:
 

Date	Particulars	L.f.	Amount Dr.	Amount Cr.
01.04.2017	Revaluation a/c                             Dr.		5000
	To Bank a/c			5000
	(Being auditors' remuneration paid for reconstitution work)
