The given compounds can be prepared from acetylene in the following manner:

Ethyledine diiodide or 1,1-Diiodooethane by electrophilic addition \\ HC\equiv CH + HI \to \left(I\right)C{H}_2=C{H}_{2}I + HI \to \left(I_2\right)CH-C{H}_3 \\ Ethyne Hydrogen iodide Iodoethene 1,1-Diiodoethane \\ 2. Acetylene tetrabromide or 1,1,2,2,-Tetrabromoethane by ha\log enation in the presence of an inert solvent \\ HC\equiv CH + B{r}_2 \stackrel{CC{l}_4}{\to } BrC{H}_2=C{H}_{2}Br + B{r}_2 \stackrel{CC{l}_4}{\to } B{r}_{2}CH-CHB{r}_2 \end{gathered}$$

3. First, we will convert ethyne to ethene by hydrogenation in the presence of Lindlar's catalyst. Then, we will add concentrated sulphuric acid for electrophilic addition to the ethene.
$H-C\equiv C-H\underset{Lindlar Catalyst}{\overset{H_2}{\to }}{H}_{2}C=C{H}_2$

Ethyl sulphate or ethylidene dihydrogen sulphate is formed.

4.  We will add HCl to acetylene for electrophilic addition to form vinyl chloride.

$HC\equiv CH + HCl \stackrel{120 - 180{ }^{o}C}{\to } C{H}_2=CHCl (vinyl chloride)$
