The reaction with Mn is as follows
                     Mn + 2HNO​3 gives Mn(NO3)2 + H2O
With Fe, Ferrous Nitrate + Nitrous Oxide + Water are produced.
With Cu, Cupric Nitrate + Nitric Oxide + Water are produced.
