The hydrides of first elements 15,16 , 17 have exceptional high boiling point because these hydrides have intermolecular forces of attraction due to hydrogen bonding ,Thus these hydrides(NH3, H2O, HCl ) donot exist as isolated single molecule but as aggregates formed due hydrogen bonding, Therefore as the molecular weight increases and the boiling point increases,
