i did'nt know where csa is used and where tsa is use please tell me where it is used

as u know csa means curved surface area so it is used when we need to find the area of a figure without the base or the roof and we find the tsa when we need to find the area of a figure adding the base and the roof.

for eg.

to find the csa of a room we have to find the area of only the four walls

to find the tsa of the same room we have to find the area of the four walls+area of roof and the base

the csa is used for only for the area of four wall and ysa is use only for area of four wall and plus the area of top and bottom

csa is used  we when dont include base and top and tsa is when we need the area of whole including base and top
