Read the last point of the question, it says 'Rs 4,200 to be paid immediately and balance in four equal half yearly instalments.'
Total Amount Due = Rs 28,600 (from Capital A/c)
Amount paid in Cash = Rs 4,200
Balance due = Rs 24,400 (28,600 - 4,200)
Instalment = Rs 6,100 (24,400/4)
