I don't like to take .... Milk (article)

Dear Student,
The sentence doesn't require an article as such. The sentence, "I don't like to take milk" in itself is correct. 
However, if you are referring to a particular context and talking about a particular brand or type of milk, then "I don't like to take the milk" can be used.
