I guess this one is wrong I took a2-b2=(a+b) (a-b) in the first
sten and took a+b in the second step please give me the right
answer as I think this one is wrong

Here's the solution:
We have a2-b2-a-b  (using A2-B2=(A+B)(A-B)=(a+b)(a-b)-(a+b)=(a+b)(a-b-1)
