i have to write notice can you please tell me the format of notice i am asking how to write notice

Dear Student

For a notice, the word 'NOTICE' should be written in capital letters, but it needn't be underlined. Also, the word NOTICE is written in the immediate line after the name of the institution. There is no need for a line to be left in between. Kindly refer to the Website to find the format as well as many examples of notice writing on the Website. 

A model pattern is as follows.

It is indeed a joy to announce the Inter School Debate Competition that is scheduled to happen on 15th June, 2016. Students of Class IX and X are eligible for the same. Students who are interested in participating should submit their names, latest by 25th May. The selected students will be expected to be present at the Conference Hall at 9 am on 15th June 2016.
