The Title can be "The strong boys"
Winter here refers to the cold climate which was hovering over the city.

For a story you can include as many paragraphs as possible. It depends on whether you are writing a long or short story. However, there is no set guidelines. You are free to minimise or maximise as this is a creative writing task.
