I know the IUPAC name, but what are Z and E?

12.  The IUPAC name of the following compounds is :
(1)  (Z)  -  5  hepten  -  3  -  yne
(2)  (Z)  -  2  hepten  - 4  -  yne
(3)  (E)  -  5  hepten  -  3  -  yne
(4)  (E)  - 2  hepten  -  4  -  yne

E and Z are type of nomenclature same as cis -trans n priority is given to the group on the basis of their atomic masses.

As in this case 1priority is given to the group which have more atomic mass in both LHS n RHS side and in LHSand RHS 1 priority of both is in opposite to each other so we consider it as E nomenclature if there is any case in which 1priority group in same side both in LHS n RHS then that will be considered as Z nomenclature.
